| Committee duties: |
The Mt. Plymouth-Sorrento Planning Advisory Committee works with the Lake County Department of Growth Management and other Lake County departments to implement the relevant portions of the “Mt. Plymouth-Sorrento Small Area Framework Study Report”. The Committee will work with the Lake County Local Planning Agency (LPA) to assist staff in drafting Land Development Regulations applicable within the Planning Area. The Committee may, in conjunction with the Lake County LPA, make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners for changes to the Land Development Regulations relating to implementation of the requirements of the Wekiva Parkway and Protection Act. |
