Transportation Impact Fee Deferral Program
This program allows a company to defer payment of transportation impact fees from the date of issuance of a building permit to the time of issuance of a certificate of occupancy. This deferral program may be used for new construction or expansion of industrial or manufacturing facilities.
State Incentive Programs
