In order to expedite the approval of your event, do not enter information in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. When entering information, provide a detailed description of your event, and use the following format when entering the time of the event: 9:30 to 10 a.m.; 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 10 a.m., 11 a.m. & 3 p.m.
