Birders are wanted to help survey the preserve's birds. Birders must be able to identify common birds by sight or sound. Volunteers will hike about 2 miles over uneven trails. Reservations are required. Participants are encouraged to wear hiking shoes. Participants are encouraged to bring binoculars, field guides, water, snacks, sunscreen and insect repellent.
