The Lake County Department of Community Services has completed the FY 2006-07 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) outlining how the County’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds were used during FY 2006-07. Copies of the CAPER will be available for public inspection between January 21 and February 4, 2008 at Community Services, Building E, 1300 S. Duncan Drive (SR 19) in Tavares. The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 starting on or about 9:00 A.M. in the Board Room on the second floor of the County Administration Building, 315 West Main Street in Tavares. The purpose of the hearing is to provide opportunities for public comment regarding the CDBG program. For more information about the hearing or the CAPER, please call (352) 742-6515.
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report includes Narrative Responses to CAPER questions that CDBG, HOME, HOPWA, and ESG grantees must respond to each year in order to be compliant with the Consolidated Planning Regulations.
