Lake County’s Landscape Irrigation Ordinance and St. Johns River Water Management District Rule allow alternative landscape irrigation schedules where circumstances suggest the necessity of an alternative schedule.  Although there may be other circumstances where significant economic, health, or other hardship warrant a variance to the scheduled days; in Lake County, waivers have only been granted by the District or utility providers where water system limitations necessitate a variance.
