T.E.A.M. Recognition Award rewards employees working as a group towards the accomplishment of a specific goal, obstacles addressed and/or overcome by the team, benefits derived from work efforts of the team, or specific examples of teamwork displayed by the team.

The Board of County Commissioners has selected members of the Special Thanks and Recognition team (STAR) to receive the T.E.A.M. Recognition Award. Members of the STAR team are Stephanie Glass, Probation Services, Cindy Heffler, Environmental Utilities, Lori Conway, Public Works, Anna Lawver, Facilities Development & Management, Deborah Kohler, Growth Management and Marcia Johnson, Employee Services and Miriam Naas, Employee Services.

The STAR team put in a lot of time, effort, great ideas, and dedication to revise the County’s Employee recognition program. They designed both formal and informal opportunities for recognizing employee contributions, performance teamwork, and service. Congratulations on a job well done.
