Congratulations to Jim Condon, Facilities Maintenance Coordinator with the Department of Facilities Development and Management, Facilities Maintenance and our Employee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter (October - December).

Jim began his career with Lake County March 22, 1992. He is one of the most devoted employees to his job. He is always accessible and ready to help with any task. No task is too small or no obstacle too great in his performance of his duties. Jim uses his own initiative and imagination to complete all tasks in a truly superlative manner. He is an extremely courteous, conscientious, and resourceful individual that is highly respected by all those he works with. Jim continuously goes the extra mile to accomplish the goals of the department and the mission of the County. 

His contributions to the Department of Facilities Development and Management and the County are greatly appreciated.

Jim will receive one full day off, a $100 Series EE U.S. Savings Bond, recognition pin and desktop medallion, and his choice of a parking spot or a $25 BCC “store” credit.
