Congratulations to Gary Debo, Planner, Solid Waste Operations Director with the Department of Environmental Utilities, Solid Waste Administration, is our Supervisor of the Quarter for the fourth quarter (October - December).

Gary began his career with Lake County September 13, 1993. He puts customer service high on the list of priorities. He always performs his duties with a high level of professionalism and stays motivated, even when faced with the many challenges in his department. Gary is a great motivator and leader. He passionately supports those under his supervision, insuring that they are treated in a fair and equitable manner. Gary is constantly striving for solutions to problems that may arise.  He demonstrates exceptional leadership and team building skills and is well deserving of being named Supervisor of the Quarter.  His contributions to the Environmental Utilities Department and the County are greatly appreciated.

Gary will receive a full day off, a $100 Series EE U.S. Savings Bond, recognition pin and desktop medallion, and a $25 BCC “store” credit.
