Open Enrollment gives employees an opportunity to review their benefits options, make changes based on their current needs, and attend informational meetings covering the County’s benefit plans. This is a 30-day period that is usually schedule sometime in July/August. Information regarding Annual Open Enrollment is distributed to all employees prior to the 30-day period.
