A BlueCross and BlueShield of Florida representative is available on-site to meet with employees regarding their medical coverage, at the Office of Employee Services from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 – 4 p.m. on the following dates:

Employees can make an appointment by contacting Employee Services. Employees are also welcomed on a walk-in basis.

If an employee has an urgent matter that cannot wait until one of these visits, they are advised to contact Blue Cross and Blue Shield's customer services lines directly.
