The Green Swamp
Green SwampThe Green Swamp is an important ecosystem of Central Florida as it consists of more than 100,000 acres in Lake, Polk and Sumter counties. The drainage from the Green Swamp forms the headwaters of the Withlacoochee, Hillsborough, Oklawaha and Peace River watersheds. Gone Tomorrow: The Hidden Life of Garbage
This is a 19-minute documentary about recycling and waste in the U.S. Base on the book of the same name by Heather Rogers. The film has great facts and funny archive, it exposes the often magical (but false) feeling we get from 'helping the earth' by 'recycling'.
