The Department of Facilities Development and Management is responsible for:

• Procurement of professional consultant and construction services.
• Financial management, construction auditing, and oversight of all county capital improvements.
• Coordination of the Planning, Design, Construction, Management, and Maintenance of existing and proposed County-owned and leased facilities. These facilities are utilized by the Lake County Board of County Commissioners, its Constitutional Officers, and the Citizens of Lake County, Florida.

The department consists of two divisions:

• Administration - Includes general administration, planning, financial, oversight of projects under construction and architectural services. View recently completed construction projects    
• Facilities Management - Includes maintenance and energy management of completed facilities.
