The following are the requirements to be a registered State Certified Contractor in Lake County.

1. Copy of the license holder’s State of Florida contractor’s license.
2. Copy of the license holder’s current occupational license (from any county or city).
3. Copy of license holder’s driver’s license. (Optional)
4. Valid phone, fax, cell or mobile numbers and mailing address. Please include your email address.
5. Optional file maintenance fee of $30.00 to maintain in the County’s computer file system from August to August.
6. Worker’s Compensation insurance policy with Lake County Board of County Commissioners as the certificate holder or a valid exemption certificate.
