What is needed

1. A current tax receipt with full legal description or current property record card. (A recorded deed may be required to show current ownership.)
2. Permit application (PDF). (This can also be obtained from the customer service desk.)
3. Detailed directions to the jobsite.
4. Job value.
5. Notice of Commencement (PDF). (This is required if the job value is $2,500 or greater, or $5,000 or greater if Mechanical work).
