The Concurrency Management System Annual Report is prepared in accordance with the requirement outlined in Chapter 5.08.02 of the Lake County Land Development Regulations. The purpose of this report is to evaluate development activity for the previous year and determine existing conditions with regard to available capacity for the following public facilities: stormwater, solid waste, parks, and roads.
