As part of the Department of Growth Management's administration, the Development Processing Section works closely with the divisions of Planning & Community Design and Building Services to accomplish the objectives of the Department.

The Development Processing Section is responsible for:

• Processing major application submittals, including coordinating the Development Review Team;
• Administration of the Impact Fee Program;
• Concurrency Management coordination; and
• Administration of the Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant
