The Development Processing Section employs four fulltime employees. As part of the Department of Growth Management’s administration, the Section works closely with the divisions of Zoning, Planning & Community Design and Building Services to accomplish the objectives of the Department.

The Development Processing Section is responsible for:

• Processing application submittals, including coordinating the Development Review Team when the applicant requests meetings;
• Administration of the Impact Fee Program;
• Concurrency Management coordination; and
• Administration of the Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant
