Pre-Submittal Conference
Lake County offers a pre-submittal conference with development review staff. This optional step is intended for those property owners, developers and consultants who may not be aware of Lake County rules and regulations. The pre-submittal conference has also been beneficial for those applicants that are new to developing in Lake County. The pre-submittal conference is designed to provide guidance to the potential applicant for formal review and approval. The comments offered by the development review staff are intended to make the formal review process easier.
