Administrative Services

Information Outreach
This Division assists the 13 departments within Lake County in expanding internal and external communications. Information Systems
The Division is responsible for maintaining the County network backbone and servers along with providing desktop support to more than 700 desktops and laptops throughout the County. Geographic Information Services
This Division creates and maintains spatial information to aid in the creation of maps and data analysis to support County departments and their customers. Contact this Division at (352) 343-9633 Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Programming and Application Support Services (PASS)
This Division processes redesign and automation through the use of technology. They are also responsible for maintaining installed applications and databases throughout the County and promoting the DataOne initiative. Contact this Division at (352) 343-9633 Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Records Management
This Division stores, references, retains and retrieves public documents generated by most County departments. Citizens make their request to the appropriate Lake County department and Records Management handles the requests from the departments. Telecommunications
This Division maintains the phone system for all of the constitutional offices of Lake County; this includes the Board of County Commissioners, Clerk of Courts, Property Appraiser, Sheriff, Supervisor of Elections and Tax Collector.
