The Division helps improve the quality of life; protect and sustain natural resources and environmental systems; and helps local food, fiber and agricultural industries stay competitive.

This Division plans and coordinates system-wide library development.
Parks & Trails
The Division maintains parks, recreation sites, boat ramps, and public lands.
Tourism & Business Relations
The Division is responsible for a host of functions to promote and help strengthen the local tourism industry and business community.
