As the Regulatory authority for Lake County cable franchise agreements, Communications Systems:
  • Ensures compliance among Lake County, the cable companies, and the Federal Communications Commission laws, rules, mandates and contracts;
  • Acts as intermediary between Lake County cable customers and their respective cable companies; and
  • Stays abreast of cable operations and regulations.
