The following informational packet is provided for user awareness and better understanding of the fireworks permitting process for commercial firework shows and/or pyrotechnic special effects events planned for the unincorporated area of Lake County [FL].
The first link of the packet found below explains the process step-by-step and what the applicant can expect throughout the process, including all required documentation needed for the application to be processed and forms used. The second link found below provides the applicant with an electronic fillable application form. Once the applicant completes the form section[s] applicable to their event, the applicant should print out the completed form, sign and date it, attach all required documents listed, and then hand carry or mail completed applicant packet to Fire Rescue at the address provided on the application.
