The mission of the Mosquito & Aquatic Plant Management Division is to help ensure a reasonable quality of life for all residents and visitors of Lake County.

	The Mosquito Management staff is responsible for suppressing mosquitoes and other biting arthropods of public-health importance.
	The Aquatic Plant Management staff is charged with managing invasive and problematic aquatic plants to minimize flooding situations, restore navigation and help maintain the natural integrity of Lake County's aquatic systems.
