Coupons are available to download online and staff of Lake County Tourism & Business Relations distributes coupons at various tradeshows and events. Each coupon is good for $10 of a stay at any participating hotels, bed & breakfast inns or vacation homes located in Lake County, Fla.

Lake County Tourism & Business Relations implemented the coupon campaign to help spur a sagging tourism economy. All coupons accepted and honored by local accommodations are reimbursed.

Mail or drop off the coupons your establishment has received from guests to the Lake County Welcome Center, ATTN: Accommodation Coupon, 20763 U.S. Highway 27, Groveland, FL 34736. Include with each coupon a copy of the receipt showing the $10 deduction.

Redeemed coupons by accommodations are reimbursed through the tourist development tax.

Lake County Tourism & Business Relations recommends collecting the coupons and mailing them in at the end of the month, but it will accept them at anytime.

Reimbursements from the County can take between two to three weeks.

Yes, if the coupon is not printed out from the Lake County Tourism Web site. For record keeping purposes, Lake County Tourism & Business Relations requires guests to fill out the back of the coupon. If the coupon was printed out from the Web site, this information is gathered from your guest when he or she downloads the coupon.

Guest reservation should match name on coupon. Limit one per person. Coupon valid only at participating accommodations and cannot be copied or reproduced.

Lake County Tourism & Business Relations will continue the campaign until further notice.
