   This 18-hole championship course has six sets of tees measuring between 5,044 and 7,002 yards. With the large selection of tees, all skill levels should find a comfortable starting point. The practice facility includes a two-way driving range and a 40,000-square-foot short game area. Black Bear also provides a "shoot-out" hole, No. 19, for special events or for those who just can't get enough of a good thing. Black Bear Golf Club follows in the tradition of what is fast becoming a long line of highly-praised P.B. Dye designed courses. Golfers at Black Bear can count on the "usual unusual" Dye trademark touches, such as undulating greens, sandy waste bunkers and dramatic elevation changes.    This course was built on hilly terrain and also affords a scenic view of Lake Griffin. Water hazards come into play on three holes on the back nine. The signature hole is #10, a 485-yard, par 4, requiring a shot over water and a fabulous view of Lake Griffin.

    This 18-hole facility is situated on relatively flat terrain. The short distance places a great premium on accuracy and provides a great setting for practicing the short game. The fairways are open on the front nine while the back nine holes are lined with homes. The greens are large and undulating. The signature hole is #18, a 339-yard, par 4, which offers a bunker on the left, homes on the right and trees surrounding the green. This challenging finishing hole overlooks the clubhouse and pro shop.
