County, Clerk of Court offices to close Dec. 26 and Jan. 2

TAVARES — All Lake County Government administrative offices and Lake County Clerk of Court offices will be closed Monday, Dec. 26, and Monday, Jan. 2, to observe the Christmas and New Year's holidays.

The Lake County Historical Museum will also be closed on Dec. 26 and Jan. 2. All offices will reopen on Tuesday, Dec. 27, and Tuesday, Jan. 3, with regularly scheduled hours.

In addition, the Lake County Department of Environmental Services and all associated Solid Waste facilities will be closed on Dec. 26 and Jan. 2. All Lake County Solid Waste facilities typically open on Saturday will close on Dec. 24 at 2 p.m., but will be open with normal operating hours on Dec. 31.

The Lake County Library System branch libraries will be closed for the Christmas and New Year's holidays on Dec. 26 and Jan. 2. The following libraries will reopen on Dec. 27 and Jan. 3 with regularly scheduled hours:
