During the 3-mile hike, participants will look for the birds and butterflies of PEAR Park. Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Park rangers also recommend bringing binoculars, field guides, insect repellent, sunscreen, water and a snack.
Reservations are limited to 15 participants. For more information or to make reservations, call the Parks & Trails Division at (352) 253-4950 or e-mail parksandtrails@lakecountyfl.gov.
