TAVARES – The Lake County Extension is inviting residents to an educational program entitled “Women and Money.” The program will be presented on Monday, April 23 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the Lady Lake Public Library, located at 225 W. Guava St. in Lady Lake. The program will also be presented on Wednesday, May 2 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at Cooper Memorial Library, located at 2525 Oakley Seaver Drive in Clermont.
This program, presented by Julie England with the UF/IFAS Lake County Extension, will help women learn ways to better manage their money and take positive steps toward a secure financial future. The program’s topics include:
• Building Blocks of Financial Security
• Planning Ahead for 'What Ifs’
• Creating a Plan to Meet Your Goals
