TAVARES – Effective today, administration duties for the Storage Tanks Inspection Program in Lake County will change from the Lake County Conservation and Compliance Department to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Central District.

Going forward, the Central District, located at 3319 Maguire Blvd., Ste. 232 in Orlando, will be responsible for the management of services pertaining to inspection, compliance and enforcement measures for all above and underground storage tanks throughout Lake County.
