Lady of the Lakes Renaissance Faire
at Hickory Point Recreation Facility, Tavares
Lady of the Lakes Renaissance Faire carries its patrons back to 16th century
England. The event is historically accurate and features a cast of 75 actors. Fire-eaters, jousters, period comedians and musicians perform in the villages with more than
70 merchants. Hearty food and ale are available in the food courts.

16th Mount Dora Plant & Garden Fair
at Simpson Cove, Mount Dora
Savvy gardeners wait 'til summer's heat is over to restore liveliness to their gardens.
They come to the Fair for every type of plant for the landscape (including native and Florida-friendly plants) the herb garden or
tropical accents. Seventy-five exhibitors also bring pots, garden furniture and gourmet items. Fair also features orchids.
