Lake County tracks all incoming and outgoing calls using VX Tracker software. The program provides Web-based access to review all calls made by a department or individual. Supervisors, managers and department directors can request access to this application by contacting the Technical Services Division. Requests must be made in writing from department directors.
The VX Tracker server can only be accessed from inside the employee network.
