NEC has three types of phones that are considered digital phones. The "Series E", "Series I", and the "Series DT – 12 button" phones come in 8, 12, and 16-button models. Choose the phone below that looks closest to your model phone.
ADTRAN Desk Multi-line Phones & Voice Mail
The ADTRAN VoIP SIP phone is a six button phone and the voice mail system used with Adtran is different and requires a different user guide, choose from the choices below to get a phone user guide and/or a voice mail user guide
Norstar Key System
In the County, there are 26 phone systems and 16 of them are the Norstar Key System. The Norstar system is a little different compared to the NEC phones. Users of the Norstar system have two basic phone models that work the same.
The County uses the centralized voicemail system of CallXpress.
For the NEC phone system with four-digit dialing, employees have the ability to make a conference call with up to eight people.
