TAVARES – As the Wings and Wildflowers Festival rapidly approaches, those who wish to take part in the festivities can now register online to attend events. The festival will be held Sept. 28-30, with many of the workshops, presentations and demonstrations being held at Hickory Point Park, located at 27341 State Road 19 in Tavares, and several field- trips and events also scheduled at key wildlife viewing areas throughout the County.
