CLERMONT – The Lake County Board of County Commissioners and the Lake County Health Department are inviting the public to attend an open house event for the new Clermont Health Center, located at 875 Oakley Seaver Drive in Clermont. The event will be held at the facility on Wednesday, Aug. 29, at 9 a.m.
Speakers at the event include Commissioner Sean Parks, Lake County Health Department Administrator Donna Gregory and Congressman Daniel Webster.
“We are excited about the new facility and we encourage everyone to join us at the open house,” said Donna Gregory, Administrator for the Lake County Health Department. “The Clermont Health Center allows us to offer much-needed medical and dental services in South Lake County and we look forward to serving the community.”
This 5,000-square-foot facility will serve the South Lake community by offering immunizations for children and adults, as well as dental services, provided by Lake Children’s Dentistry.
The Clermont Health Center project was designed by Rabits & Romano Architecture, Planning and Design (formally Rabits & Associates Architecture, Planning and Design), and the managing company for the project was Schmid Construction. At a total cost of $989,000, the construction of this facility was fully funded with grant dollars received from the Agency for Health Care Administration.
