TAVARES — The public is invited to attend “TALK BACK for Lake County Cultural Groups & Artists.” This is an informal discussion with Flora Maria Garcia, president & CEO of the United Arts of Central Florida, concerning issues facing cultural groups and artists in Lake County.
“Flora is interested in hearing people’s ideas about how the cultural community may thrive in our area,” said Kathleen Pagan, county staff liaison to the Lake County Arts and Cultural Alliance. The ACA is a cosponsor of the event.
The event will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11, at the Leesburg Center for the Arts, 429 W. Magnolia St., Leesburg. Parking is available behind the building, as well as in the parking lot next door on Magnolia Street between Fifth and Sixth streets.
