LADY LAKE — The University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) Extension in Lake County is partnering with the Lady Lake Public Library to provide the “Nourish Your Body” educational series at the library, located at 225 W. Guava St., Lady Lake.
Julie England, Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Agent, will present the free, four-part series which will provide information on brain health, the digestive system and maintaining eyesight, bones and joints. Participants are welcome to attend any or all of the programs.
All programs are from 1 – 2:30 p.m. Registration is suggested either online or by calling 352-343-4101 ext. 2719 or 2721.
