TAVARES — The Lake County Community Enhancement Area Partnership Program is hosting an Annual Community Leaders Seminar on Saturday, Oct. 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in room 233 of the Lake County Administration Building, located at 315 W. Main St., Tavares.
The purpose of this seminar is to bring together the leaders of the County’s unincorporated communities to foster a better understanding of Lake County Government’s programs and exchange ideas with County representatives and other communities. Presentations will be made by the Housing and Community Development Division, Emergency Management Division, Department of Environmental Services and Health Department. The event will also allow participants to discuss their community issues with the other participants and exchange ideas on solutions.
