The "Nourish Your Digestive System” program will discuss the importance of proper nutrition, exercise, stress management and maintaining your body’s healthy bacteria.
“Your digestive health is impacted by both your overall lifestyle and what you eat,” said Julie England, Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Agent, who will present the course. “The program will discuss steps to improve the function of your digestive system as well as improve your overall health.”
When it comes to overall wellness, maintaining your digestive health is just as important as maintaining the health of the rest of your body, England added.
