UF/IFAS Extension offers free, online webinars to improve health and finances

RELEASE DATE: January 11, 2016

TAVARES — The University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) Extension in Lake County is providing three free webinars to help residents improve their health and finances. The live, online sessions will provide information about organization, nutrition and taxes. 

The sessions provide the option of learning during the live interactive session or viewing the recording at a later date. Archived webinars will be posted on the UF/IFAS Extension Lake County website at http://bit.ly/extwebinars

All webinars take place from noon – 1 p.m. and online registration is available at the links below.

 “These classes will help people kick off their new year on the right foot, offering tips for improving health and nutrition, saving money by decluttering, and removing the stress and expense normally associated with filing taxes,” said Julie England, UF/IFAS Family and Consumer Science agent.
