TAVARES — The Lake County Extension Office located at the Lake County Agricultural Center, 1951 Woodlea Road in Tavares, will host a program titled “Residential Lawn Care” on Tuesday, Jan. 9, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Presenting the program for area residents is Charles Fedunak, an Environmental Horticulture Agent with the University of Florida/IFAS Extension. His presentation will address the best management practices for lawn care that are recommended by the University of Florida. The program costs $5. Friends of the HLC and Master Gardeners can attend for free.
