TAVARES — The Lake County 4-H Program will host two fundraisers on Saturday, Jan. 27, at the Lake County Agricultural Center, located at 1951 Woodlea Road in Tavares.
From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., 4-H club members will hold a group yard sale to benefit the Teen Leadership Council. This huge indoor yard sale will feature plenty of great deals.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., chicken dinner plates will be sold to benefit the Lake County 4-H Program. A plate costs $6 and includes one-half barbecued chicken, coleslaw, baked beans and bread (soft drinks sold separately). Tickets for this benefit dinner are available now at the Lake County Agricultural Center.
