Due to maintenance from October 1, 2017 through October 7, 2017, any single-family dwelling unit permit that requires a septic permit from the Department of Health will be not be processed until October 9, 2017. Applicants seeking a septic permit from the Department of Health can either wait until their permit can be processed after October 9, 2017 or apply for the permit in person at the Department of Health.

Once your application is received, an Associate Planner will be notified. The Associate Planner will start the process for a zoning clearance and will forward the permitting information to the Department of Health and the Building Division for their review and permitting. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted.

This application does not guarantee that a permit will be issued. You may not start work until the application has been processed, payment has been made and the permit is issued. Starting work prior to the issuance of the permit will result in penalties and fees.
It is the property owner's responsibility to comply with any Homeowners Association requirements or deed restrictions that may apply.
