Salary: $56,908.80 - $93,766.40

Performs advanced professional work for procurement of all services, goods, and construction for all County departments in accordance with all federal, state and local laws, regulations and procedures and modern purchasing principles and techniques. This position develops procedures, systems, methods and processes that enable open, competitive, legal, ethical and consistent county procurement practices, providing requisite controls while maximizing vendor competition to ensure efficient and cost effective procurements. Also responsible for the supervision of the County’s reprographics and fixed asset management programs. May be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.
Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field with six (6) years of progressively responsible related experience.
Requires CPPO, CPM, or other equivalent professional purchasing certification.
Requires a valid Florida driver’s license.
