Calling all readers – Lake County Libraries need your help!

OverDrive, the world’s largest eBook distributer, is holding a nationwide contest for libraries and the Lake County Library System (LCLS) wants to win! In order to win, during the month of June the libraries need to significantly beat their previous record for the number of eBooks and audio books checked out! The awards provided to the winners will help add more books to their digital collection!

As an incentive for helping LCLS win this contest, for the month of June, the libraries will increase the number of digital books you can check out at a time from 8 checkouts to 15 checkouts! You can load up your eReader or digital device with eBooks and audio books for a day at the lake, a road trip, or a summer staycation. Keep an eye out for great new books being added in June at http://mylakelibrary.lib.overdrive.com/.

With your help, Lake County libraries can win! Now get reading!

The eBook service is free for patrons with a Lake County Library System library card. Library cards are free for residents of Lake County and reciprocal borrowers. Call your local library for details or apply online at www.mylakelibrary.org/virtual_library/library_cards.aspx
