Project Title: Site Clearing and Related Demolition

Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to select an appropriately licensed and qualified pool of vendors to perform site demolition, site mowing and debris clean-up, primarily, but not exclusively, in support of the County’s code enforcement operations. Each specific task will be competed amongst the vendors selected for award under this solicitation, and then completed by the vendor offering the lowest price for the specific task. All effort will be competed, assigned and completed on an as-needed, when-needed basis. The general scope of work may include, but not be limited to, septic tank abandonment, concrete debris removal, fence removal, car and truck tire removal, clearing and grading of land, and other demolition related services. The contract does not include asbestos removal. Award will be made as stated in Section 1.3 below. Note: Five sample tasks are described in the attachments to this solicitation. Vendors are to price each task within their initial response using the Pricing Section in Section 4 of this solicitation. This pricing will be a factor in the initial award as described in section 1.3 below. This is an indefinite quantity contract with no guarantee of a volume of services that may be required. The County does not guarantee a minimum or maximum dollar amount to be expended on any contract resulting from this solicitation.

Submitting a Downloaded Bid Request
After downloading and completing the solicitation document(s), submit the original and the required number of copies in a sealed, envelope/package to the Office of Procurement Services. The envelope must include the project number, the closing date, and the proposer's name and address. A proposal submitted by telephone, fax or electronically will not be considered for award. The proposal package must be received and time-stamped in the Office of Procurement Services on or before the closing date and time. When applicable, amendments to this project will also be posted at this site. Refer to the solicitation document for complete instructions.
