Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to select a qualified vendor to provide for the replacement of three (3) energy recovery ventilation roof top mounted air handlers (EVR). The units are located on the roof of the Lake County Courthouse North Wing located at 550 West Main Street, Tavares, Florida 32778. The vendor will be responsible for the removal of the existing EVR and the installation of the new units. There are also two (2) split system condensers that have been disconnected and are ready for removal. The vendor will be responsible for the removal and proper disposal of these two (2) units and the three (3) EVR units from this facility. Such services will encompass furnishing adequate and appropriate labor, all needed parts and materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision for the performance of the projected work. This service will also include any and all travel, trip, and or delivery charges to any of the Lake County Government Facilities throughout the County.

Submitting a Downloaded Bid Request
After downloading and completing the solicitation document(s), submit the original and the required number of copies in a sealed, envelope/package to the Office of Procurement Services.
