Project Title: Umatilla Community Center Modular Building

Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to select a Contractor to provide and install a modular building behind the Umatilla Community Center. The building will be approximately 56’ x 27.33’ as shown in the attached drawings and will serve as an accessory structure to the community center. The County desires that the structure be provided as a pre-fabricated, turn-key installation including all utilities, landscaping, sidewalks, ramps, and septic system requirements. Building design and construction must meet all state, local, and federal code requirements, Lake County Civil Plan Improvements (Umatilla Community Center Expansion 10/23/17), Modular Building Standard Specifications, Lake County Facilities Building Component Standards, Lake County Data and Telecom Cabling Specifications, and provided plans/drawings.
