Project Title: General Maintenance Services for Office of Parks and Trails

Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to select an initial pool of qualified vendors for inclusion in the spot-bidding process for various general maintenance services associated with operations at Lake County parks and related properties such at boat ramps, paved and unpaved trails, environmentally sensitive properties, blueway trails, and cemeteries. Attachment A describes the basic technical qualifying input that must be provided by any responding vendor to be considered for inclusion in the qualified bidding group. Vendors may provide additional qualifying information within this attachment. This is an indefinite quantity contract with no guarantee of a volume of service that may be required. The County does not guarantee a minimum or maximum dollar amount to be expended on any contracts resulting from this RFP.

Submitting a Downloaded Bid Request
After downloading and completing the solicitation document(s), submit the original and the required number of copies in a sealed, envelope/package to the Office of Procurement Services. The envelope must include the project number, the closing date, and the proposer's name and address. A proposal submitted by telephone, fax or electronically will not be considered for award. The proposal package must be received and time-stamped in the Office of Procurement Services on or before the closing date and time. When applicable, amendments to this project will also be posted at this site. Refer to the solicitation document for complete instructions.
