Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to select a contractor to remove the existing front and rear driveway at Fire Station No. 54 and install a new concrete driveway to match existing size and configuration with striping to include six (6) parking spaces in the current parking area (new concrete driveway to start at the roadway and extend to the building on front and back) per these specifications, install a solid vinyl soffit ceiling in the fire station bay with new LED lighting, and to provide and install a 20’ basic 6 industrial ceiling fan with mounting kit made by Big Ass Fans and paint walls in the bay area.

Preconference: Pre-Bid Conference / Site Visit (Mandatory) A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on October 18, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Fire Station No. 54 located at 6200 Lake Griffin Road, Lady Lak
