Project Title: Impact Fee Studies

Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire professional consulting services to conduct impact fee studies and prepare categories that would set the fees for what is known as 1) cottage homes /tiny homes and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) 2) parks and library fees and 3) multi-family structures in conjunction with the County's needs. The successful proposer shall be familiar with municipal and County impact fees, rates and assessment schedules and structures and the Florida Statutes, Laws, Rules and promulgations thereby that govern local government fee assessments and budgeting processes. Interested vendors may offer pricing and proposals for either all five (5) areas of this solicitation or for one (1), two (2), three (3) or four (4) individual areas.

Submitting a Downloaded Bid Request
After downloading and completing the solicitation document(s), submit the original and the required number of copies in a sealed, envelope/package to the Office of Procurement Services. The envelope must include the project number, the closing date, and the proposer's name and address. A proposal submitted by telephone, fax or electronically will not be considered for award. The proposal package must be received and time-stamped in the Office of Procurement Services on or before the closing date and time. When applicable, amendments to this project will also be posted at this site. Refer to the solicitation document for complete instructions.
